We're hiring Admin Executive for our organization. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skill and must be computer savvy with a keen eye to details.
Daily & weekly responsibilities:
· Answer and direct phone calls
· Organize and schedule appointments

· Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
· Write and distribute email
· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
· Develop and maintain a filing system
· Update and maintain office policies and procedures
· Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
· Maintain contact lists
· Book travel arrangements
· Submit and reconcile expense reports
· Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
· Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Skills and Qualifications:
· Should be Graduate.
· Must possess excellent communication skills.
· Candidates should be good in in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, OneDrive.
· Candidates should have high energy level, willingness to learn.
Should be customer friendly and service oriented.
Salary: ₹120,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
