Job Description:
- Monitoring business processes and responding to customer calls/request/issues
- Solve customer issues - by calling, chatting, system changes
- Very good English communication is mandatory
- The resource needs to work during night shift of India time.
- The deployment will be on contractual basis.
- Must have high speed internet connection & standard laptop/desktop
- The resources pay-out will be in the range of Rs 10000 to Rs 20000 per month depending on the data entry forms completed.
