Roles and Responsibilities

The Policy Research Associate is expected to support the team by leading research ideation and execution. Their duties will encompass-
- Analysing and interpreting policies, projects, public issues and the operations of governments, businesses, and organizations
- Providing advisory services to government officials, civic bodies, research agencies and other stakeholders on identified research topics
- Conducting primary and secondary research and ensuring that data collected through research tools are complete, accurate and comprehensive
- Presenting research findings through reports and using them to design sustainable policy solutions
- Monitoring and evaluating policies and the implementation of policy solutions
Qualifications
The candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and demonstrate-

- Well-developed project management skills
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to communicate effectively

Remuneration
We are offering a better than market standard remuneration. You can find the full time remuneration below:
Tentative Salary (During 2 months Probation Period): INR 10,000 per month
Tentative Salary (During Full Time): INR 3 - 3.6 lpa
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
