- You have to supervise & Coordinate the day to day functioning of each department in this establishment.
- You have to act within the prescribed rules & regulations for Shree Hospitals.
- You have to look after the implementation of programs and policies for patient services, quality assurance, public relations, and all departmental activities.
- You have to remain well conversant with the facilities available in this organization & its cost along with the procedures to be followed for each type of investigations.
- You have to coordinate among the doctors those who will attend their OPD, those who will attend their investigation procedures, respective paramedics & the patients.
- You have to ensure the minimum inventories required in each department & provide timely logistic support to them.
- You have to monitor productiveness of employees during their working hours in different departments..
- You have to monitor the quality services like maintaining healthy & hygienic condition in both inside & outside of the official premises.
- You have to coordinate among the different officials in case of any electrical or bio-medical equipment failure.
- You have to ensure timely & comfortable services to the patients and to record their feedback on daily basis.
- Services of Housekeeping staff, Security & patient care attendants are need to be supervised on daily basis & in case of any short fall found out must be intimated to the undersigned immediately.
- You have to monitor the statutory requirements & its timely compliances for this diagnostics & maintain a record which will be verified by the undersigned time to time.
- Any other job which will be assigned by the management time to time.
- You have to monitor the investigation report timing in regards to each cases and its timely delivery to the patients.
