Field Medical Representative

 

Job Summary:

As a Field Medical Representative, your primary responsibility will be to identify, approach and onboard dental hospitals in the city for the company's products and services. You will build and maintain relationships with dental hospital decision-makers and key influencers and communicate the features and benefits of products and services to them. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and execute promotional plans to achieve onboarding targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach dental hospitals in the city for onboarding the company's products and services.• Build and maintain relationships with dental hospital decision-makers and key influencers.• Communicate the features and benefits of products and services to dental hospital decision-makers and key influencers.• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve onboarding targets.• Execute promotional plans to increase product awareness and sales.• Provide product training to dental hospital decision-makers and key influencers.• Collect and report market intelligence to the management team.• Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and customer interactions.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as life sciences, pharmacy, or business administration.• Minimum of 1year of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar role, with experience in sales and onboarding preferred.• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to build and maintain relationships with dental hospital decision-makers and key influencers.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.• Availability to travel within assigned territory.• Fluent in written and spoken English, with additional language skills preferred.Working conditions:• Frequent travel within assigned territory.• Remote work may be required.

Salary:

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
