S3Connections Pvt Ltd are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator with expertise in Bullhorn, a leading staffing and recruitment software platform. As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of our IT infrastructure, with a primary focus on managing and optimizing the Bullhorn system. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the seamless operation of our staffing industry technology environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Bullhorn Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for the Bullhorn system, responsible for its configuration, customization, and maintenance.

  • System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the overall health and performance of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and software applications.
  • User Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users regarding the Bullhorn platform, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  • Customization and Development: Customize and develop Bullhorn features, workflows, and reports to meet specific business requirements, ensuring the system remains aligned with industry best practices.
  • Data Management: Manage data integrity and security within the Bullhorn system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information while maintaining compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
  • Integration and Automation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Bullhorn with other business applications and streamline processes through automation, maximizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides, facilitating knowledge sharing and training for staff members.
  • System Upgrades and Patches: Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements for Bullhorn and associated IT systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with Bullhorn support and other technology vendors, managing relationships, and escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • IT Security: Implement and enforce IT security policies and protocols, including user access controls, data backup and recovery, and disaster recovery procedures, to protect sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with minimum 4 to 5 years of experience
  • Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator, specifically with in-depth knowledge of Bullhorn within the staffing industry.
  • Strong technical proficiency in system administration, including server management, network infrastructure, databases, and software applications.
  • Familiarity with integration and automation techniques to connect Bullhorn with other business systems.
  • Solid understanding of data management and security practices, including compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
