This is a remote position only requiring a once per week in person meeting in Mysore.
An in person interview will also be required in Mysore prior to hiring.
Duties:
- Perform account reconciliation and analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and resolving customer inquiries
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash balances
- Assist with tax compliance and reporting
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
